Foreign Teachers

This year Pui Ching Commercial College has 18 foreign teachers.   The teachers come from the United States, Canada, and Hong Kong.   All the foreign teachers live in the foreign teacher community on the school's campus.   The foreign teacher community is located on a beautiful peninsula that juts out onto the reservoir that borders the campus.   There are seven houses, four guest rooms and a "clubhouse" in the community.   Each house has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living area.

Foreign teachers interact closely with students on a daily basis.   Foreign teachers will play sports, eat meals, and chat with students.   This interaction is a learning experience for both the student and foreign teacher.   In addition to teaching English, foreign teachers have the opportunity to teach other subjects, such as North American culture, artistic drawing, entrepreneurship, computer science, and Latin dancing.
