Students

There are about 1200 students in the school in 98-99. The number will be increase to about 1800 for 99-00. All the students are high school graduates. All of them are allocated to the school by a central and nationwide examination board operated by the Education Ministry. They are definitely not the best bunch in grade points. Most students will choose a four-year college or university if they have good grades. However, PCCC is getting better known and better students because most of the graduates from our three graduating classes (class of 98, 97 and 96) got good (high paying) jobs from foreign firms and/or joint venture companies. They got better jobs mainly because they speak better English than the graduates from the four-year colleges.

The school encourages the students to mix with the foreign teachers.
